Jessica Alba, born in Pomona, California on April 29, 1981, is an American actress. Penney. Jessica’s professional career continued on television, with roles in an episode of Brooklyn South, two episodes of Beverly Hills 90210, The Love Boat, P.U.N.K.S. and others. She got a break in Hollywood with roles in a comedy "Never Been Kissed", starring alongside Drew Barrymore, and a lead role in "Idle Hands". She was further selected to be the main character on FOX’s TV series Dark Angel, earning her a Golden Globe Nomination. She was acclaimed for her acting in Hollywood hits Honey, Sin City, and the Fantastic Four. She was nominated for Golden Globe Award for her role in Dark Angel, and was subsequently a winner of ALMA Awards as a Breakthrough Actress in the Year, Young Hollywood Award as Superstar of Tomorrow, and Spike TV Guys’ Choice Awards as Hottest Jessica.
