6 months after the birth of her second little one, E! reality star Kourtney Kardashian is back in a bikini -- and proudly exhibiting off her 44-pound bodyweight reduction in a series of unretouched pictures for Us Weekly!

Posing poolside in Miami Dec. 13, the Kourtney and Kim & Take Miami star shared her diet regime and health and fitness techniques in a complete -length interview with West Coast Bureau Chief Rebecca Bienstock.

"It was tougher to drop bodyweight the 2nd time close to," admitted Kardashian, mom to son Mason, three, and daughter Penelope, six months (with partner Scott Disick, 29). "I gained 45 pounds with Penelope."

Now a lean 106 pounds, the five -foot star credits pro Tracy Anderson's 90-minute dance- centered workout routines and little portion sizes for helping her slim down in record time. "This time, the target is really on getting a mom and currently being present, being aware of my priorities," Kardashian, 33, advised Us.
