Significantly less than a single month right after welcoming daughter Olive, Drew Barrymore showed off her publish - baby entire body throughout an Oct. 18 outing with husband Will Kopelman. Casually dressed in cuffed jeans, a graphic sweatshirt and red flats, the actress, 37, strolled alongside her guy as they grabbed lunch at 3 Pickles in Santa Barbara, Calif.
